Copper Nickel Square Bars generally consist of 90% copper and 10% nickel (90/10 grade) or 70% copper and 30% nickel (70/30 grade), along with trace elements like iron and manganese to boost strength and corrosion resistance. These alloys showcase tensile strength ranging from 275 to 500 MPa, yield strength between 130 and 240 MPa, and elongation of 30 to 45%. Their remarkable resistance to seawater corrosion, high thermal conductivity, and moderate machinability make them ideal for marine, desalination, and heat exchanger applications. The material also remains stable under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
