Incoloy square bars are made from nickel-iron-chromium alloys, featuring key grades such as Incoloy 800, 825, and 925. Their typical composition includes 30–46% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and the remainder iron, with possible additions of molybdenum, titanium, or copper depending on the specific grade. These alloys provide impressive tensile strength (up to 700 MPa) and excellent creep resistance, especially at high temperatures. Incoloy also excels in resisting corrosion in acidic and high-chloride environments. The material maintains its mechanical stability during thermal cycling, offers good weldability, and can be machined using carbide tools.
