Incoloy round bars are crafted from nickel-iron-chromium-based superalloys, with their compositions varying by grade. For instance, Incoloy 800 typically features 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and 39.5% iron, providing excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization. Incoloy 825, on the other hand, includes extra molybdenum and copper to boost acid resistance. These alloys boast impressive mechanical properties, with tensile strength ranging from 500–750 MPa, yield strength around 200–400 MPa, and elongation reaching up to 30–45%.
